We design and manufacture a wide range of circlips. Used as a fastener, these products are semi-flexible metal ring that comes with open ends. We offer both the types of circlips that are internal and external. The different kinds of circlips offered by us can vary in terms of dimensions and type of raw materials used.
Internal Circlip Standard:
- The circlip has a large free diameter and gap width, consequently it fits more tightly into the groove and provides higher and more uniform thrust load capacity.
- Conforms to BS3673 Part 4 , the most common form of axial retainer for bores with grooves. Generally, only metric sizes are manufactured for 8mm to 360mm bores. heavy-duty versions and various lug configurations are also available on request.
Internal Circlip Lugged:
- Axially fitted to bores with grooves, similar to the standard design but with additional equi-spaced lugs around the I.D. This feature assists in maintaining good contact with radiused or chamfered components for 16mm to 170mm bore.
- Conforms to BS3673 Part 4 , the most common form of axial retainer for bores with grooves. Generally, only metric sizes are manufactured for 8mm to 360mm bores. Heavy-duty versions and various lug configurations are also available on request.
External Circlip Standards:
- External Circlip Standard Conforms to BS3673 Part 4, the most common form of axial retainer for shafts with grooves. Design is based upon the standard external series but with increased thickness and increased section depth.
- Conforms to BS3673 Part 4, the most common form of axial retainer for shafts with grooves. Generally, only metric sizes and manufactured for 3mm to 300mm shafts. Heavy-duty versions and various lug configurations are also available on request.
External Circlip Lugged:
- Axially fitted to shafts with grooves, similar to the standard design but with additional equi-spaced lugs around the O.D. This feature assists in maintaining good contact with radiused or chamfered components for 16mm to 140mm shafts.
E Type External Circlips:
- The most common form of radially fitted circlips for shafts with grooves. Provide a large shoulder on a relatively small shaft diameter.
- Conforms to BS3673 Part 2 and DIN 6799, the most common form of radially fitted circlip to shafts with grooves. Nominal size is the groove diameter (not the shaft diameter), available in inch sizes from 0.052″ to 0.940″ and 0.8mm to 30.0mm grooves. Circlip pliers are not required for installation.
Snap Rings:
- In the world of snap rings we at Circlips India are one of the most viable snap ring manufacturers. We take it up on ourselves to make sure that the safety and the efficiency of your machines is maintained irrespective of how much it is used.
- Axially fitted in shallow grooves as conventional circlips. Often used to retain narrow section components with light side loads. Unlike conventional circlips, special fitting tools are not required.
